WA: Woman says her husband is mistaken for a sex offender

A Rancho Reata woman claims that a recently released photo of a sex offender is causing trouble for her husband.

The two men reportedly look alike, and neighbors are confusing Kristin Daniel’s husband for a convicted sex offender who lives about a mile away. Full Article

Is this article supposed to highlight some more of the good results of the registry? I really liked the part when the police said there’s not much they can do. I’m still waiting to see proof that someone (not someone seeking public approval) has been helped by the registry or that “one child” has been saved.

hahahaa… lady its either your husband is a sex offender and haven’t told you in years or your husband looks like a sex offender and you should tell your husband not to look like the sex offender….

Maybe I should stalk someone who sort of looks like me and dress like him… It’ll be funny

Oh but why should this woman get upset. The registry is only regulatory. No one ever gets hurt because of it. Right?
